Refunds: Refunds are subject to the service agreement that you sign when availing our services. Your eligibility for a refund will depend on the mutually agreed terms outlined in the agreement. Our clients are required to pay our service fee monthly in advance, and you can cancel the service at any time without incurring additional fees. However, fees already paid are non-refundable.
